Use the model and room schedule for quantities and costs. Hand over all modelled components to your designer via IFC, starting from LOD2 and a hypothetical room schedule.

Available before an IFC import. Missing geometry remains identifiable as an assumption.
Understand floors, apartments and rooms in 2D and 3D. Edit building data and review derived quantities. The model connects the spatial view to estimating, specifications and the construction sequence.

The building model and predefined work items immediately produce a line-item estimate for new builds and renovation. Review quantities, scope and prices, then reuse the same foundation for the bill of quantities.

Generate the specification from reviewed work items and quantities, invite suppliers and compare bids – with the Renaldo market price from real contractor prices as a benchmark, even before the first bid. Clarify missing items before awarding; keep the order and scope in the same project.

Renaldo compares bids against your specification and against the Renaldo market price for each item – real contractor prices, regionally adjusted. The benchmark is there before the first bid arrives, and missing items become visible before you award.

Arrive on site with a prepared workflow.Explore the platform workflow ↗Prioritise buildings, plan annual budgets and cash needs, and turn measures into projects. Reviewed project costs and delivery results feed back into strategy revisions.
From potential to a deliverable programme.Explore portfolio strategy ↗Evaluate vacant sites with predefined serial building concepts. Development potential, trade costs and revenue assumptions feed into one viability calculation, through to the maximum viable land price.
Know earlier whether a project adds up.Explore the platform workflow ↗Explore crew capacity and takt to see where additional teams save time. Then follow the saved sequence across floors, apartments and rooms in the 4D view, using the schematic model or imported IFC geometry.
Shape the construction duration, not just the dates.Explore the platform workflow ↗50 percentage points ahead: billing is substantially ahead of construction.
Orders, approved variations, progress and invoices come together. Before approval, Renaldo highlights billing that is ahead of construction and issues that need clarification.
Spot overpayment risks. Approve with context.Explore the platform workflow ↗Not yet commissioned. Only approval increases the order value.
Compare item-level changes with the awarded scope, request contractor prices and approve with context. Approved additional work increases the order value; additional duration can be added as a schedule task.
Agree changes before they are invoiced.Explore the platform workflow ↗These capabilities complement the ten highlights, from serial construction concepts to the right renovation pathway.
Evaluate pre-designed apartment-building concepts from the GdW framework for your site, including provider, energy standard and feasibility to support the next decision.
Set a target budget and compare calculated adjustments. Alternative specifications and scope changes show their amounts, energy impact and dependent work items.
Review portfolio efficiency classes and CO₂, distinguish certificate data from estimates and calculate renovation potential. Export PDF or CSV findings and turn selected properties into costed projects. The Renaldo renovation roadmap turns the selected cost option into a sequence of measures, also as a branded PDF, explicitly not an iSFP.
Analyse bids, review invoices and ask SAM questions. AI helps identify issues and prepares information to support your decisions.
Work item × quantity × unit price: Renaldo connects building and room data with regional trade prices. The cost-confidence indicator shows how reliable your calculation is and which details are missing for the next level of accuracy.
Developers, site managers, designers and trades work on the same project. Information and updates stay connected to it. In the site portal, trades see their tasks and report progress or delays through a link, without needing to create an account.
Gregor Loukidis and Ronald Meyer combine platform development with experience in serial renovation, construction logistics and the Sanierungssprint. That combination shapes Renaldo, from early calculations to delivery on site.
The Sanierungssprint brings preparation, construction logistics and coordinated scheduling together. Our renovation-coach training passes on this knowledge to help homeowners and professionals move projects forward on site.

Start for freeA prepared starting point reduces repeated data entry, especially in renovation. RENALDO connects the building model, room schedule and draft drawings. Your designer receives the model via IFC, reviews it and develops the architectural design and subsequent planning.
Available LOD2 building data and a hypothetical room schedule provide an initial model. Existing drawings, surveys, scans or IFC data refine that starting point.
IFC4 export includes the components present in the model: walls, slabs, roof, stairs, windows and doors, plus spaces, quantities, materials and properties. Draft drawings from the Planning Center support the handover.
The designer checks dimensions and existing conditions, adds a measured survey where needed and makes the final architectural adjustments. Professional planning builds on the early design.
LOD2 and a hypothetical room schedule are early design assumptions, not a measured survey. Spaces without a known location remain records without invented geometry. The designer checks import and editability in the chosen CAD system and remains responsible for professional review and approval.
Module: Plan & Calculate. File handover follows the project release rules for plans and data exports; a trial alone does not unlock IFC downloads. Housing and homeowner project and package rules apply.
Which package suits the building and meets the climate target? Compare its carbon trajectory with the selected target pathway, identify gaps and prioritise portfolio investments.
Assess construction and measure costs for materials and labour, maintenance, replacement and residual value alongside energy and carbon costs. Adjust horizon and discount rate, compare present value and annual costs, and assess carbon abatement costs.
Reviewed component quantities add embodied emissions in the project. Sources, measured data and estimates remain traceable. The public demo shows climate pathways and simplified cost analysis; it does not replace a verified building lifecycle assessment.
Included in Housing Portfolio and Housing Komplett. Housing Komplett adds procurement, scheduling and renovation-related resident communication. Operate alone does not include portfolio strategy.
Maintain article number, manufacturer, supplier, unit and price for materials. Import Excel and CSV lists into your library with column mapping and preview. Material data stays connected to line items and work preparation.
Set lead times in working days for materials, line items, trades and company defaults. Order planning shows sampling, release and latest ordering dates before installation. Changes to source data flag existing orders for review.
Plan & Calculate covers material items and library import; Schedule & Quality covers order planning. The contractor package also includes bid costing, the 3D offer room and subcontractor management. Packages from the client tender require Bid costing and Tender & Account.
